Products must be returned within a period of 5 working days from the date received by the customer, provided that the product has not been used or damaged in any way and is returned to us in its original state. All items must be returned with proof of collection date, all authenticity hangtags, protection bags and original packaging.
Damaged products will not be accepted. In case the product is not successfully delivered due to customer mistake (e.g. wrong delivery address) and the items are automatically returned to us, Eastpak shall charge the buyer extra re-shipping costs for any additional delivery expenses that may occur. In case of any mistake on the part of Eastpak, we will resend your purchased items at no extra charge.
